The Democracy Progressive Party of China (DPPCN) resides in Ireland, united by a shared commitment to promoting democracy, human rights, and self-determination for all peoples within China. We pledge to leverage the influence of the European Union to advocate for the rights and freedoms of individuals in regions such as Hong Kong, Xinjiang, and Tibet, supporting their aspirations for autonomy and independence.
The DPPCN was established by Victor Nolan, a dedicated advocate for democratic reform and human rights. Mr. Nolan has been instrumental in uniting Chinese expatriates in Ireland to form a cohesive movement aimed at influencing positive change within China.
We are committed to:
• Advocating for Human Rights: Championing the rights of individuals in Hong Kong, Xinjiang, Tibet, and other regions, ensuring their voices are heard on the international stage.
• Promoting Self-Determination: Supporting the right of all peoples to determine their own political status and pursue their economic, social, and cultural development.
• Leveraging EU Influence: Residing in Ireland, we are engaging with European Union institutions and member states to apply diplomatic pressure on the Chinese government to respect human rights and democratic principles.
